I’m so happy I eventually got an appointment with the lovely houseofnailss. I’ve had my nails done before and I was sold and this is my second set, I’ll be a forever customer that’s for sure and Im already thinking about my next set. The attention to details, from my cuticles to the mail art, she was amazing and even sharing after care tips. Good quality service !

Tia was very happy and attentive throughout the whole service. She knew exactly what she was doing, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. We finish very quickly and the after-care email was a nice touch. I will be coming back again soon.

I’ve been going to Tia for a while now and Tia absolutely delivers every time! Not only is she professional, but she is so welcoming and ensures that you’re comfortable. Be that with entertainment or a quieter time, depending on your preference; personally I always leave with amazing nails and session full of laughter! If I have any issues with random breaks (I get clumsy sometimes), Tia is so accommodating and sorts me out pronto. I’m not sure if I’ve said this enough so thank you for your patience, artistry and for just being awesome xx

I have been going to Tia for a while now and I can most definitely say that I will not be going anywhere else. As an indecisive individual, she is very patient with me and accommodating. Whilst she makes sure you feel comfortable and keeps you entertained with some Netflix and conversation, she remains very professional. Honestly the best service I’ve ever received, Tia is super accommodating and understanding. She’s super efficient and maintained professionalism. I’ve genuinely enjoyed my BIAB journey. My nails have never felt so strong. When we did the soak off of my first set of BIAB I was shocked at the strength and length of my nails, Tia has nursed them to good health no exaggeration. Tia always takes so much time and care doing my nails and the final result speaks for itself! Her work is so clean and it’s testament to her expertise and her having perfected her craft. My nails always last and even when they’ve broken (which was my fault) she’s always accommodated me to get them fixed. Love watching shows at my appointment too! Thanks Tia🩷🩷🩷

If I could upload more I would. I’m so disappointed my set was faulty the biab and nails were coming a part 1 day after appointment. messaged tia to get a resolution she said she would fix it. I Let her pick the day and time and she still cancelled on the day “because she wanted a day off” I thought she was nice but clearly not. And I was obviously frustrated but desperately needed my nails fixed so I paid for another appointment to be told that it was now cancelled because I was “rude” which I really wasn’t (believe it or not in the situation) obviously no one will fix her work I needed to go back. Thank you tia for repaying my kindness and loyalty in this manner as a regular customer. You can go to her at your own risk she lacks a lot of accountability.

I’m so glad I found Tia, I’m never letting her go! She consistently gives 10/10 service every time. Whatever nail design I show her she is willing to try on the first go and it always comes out looking amazing. Her work is effortless, she’s a true artist.

Tia is honestly the best nail tech! I have been going to her for over a year now and don’t plan on finding another nail tech. We locked in at this point lmao. She never misses when it comes to the end product of my nails.

Tia always knows how to tailor my nails exactly how I want them and adds her touches to it which makes the final results amazing. Started my BIAB journey w|my girl Tia & all I can say is I can’t even begin to explain how amazing she is at her craft. I call her a perfectionist! Ooh she takes her time with your nails and she never disappoints. She also listens to all my rants so I love how comfortable she makes you feel around her. Never leaving her & that’s on forever !
