Who is Letsreviewit?

Letsreviewit is UK’s Leading Diverse & Inclusive Beauty Review and Directory Platform founded with a unique vision to connect Clients and Beauty Service Providers. We aim to provide exposure for Beauty Providers & help Clients find the right Beauty Providers for them. Our website is designed to make searching for beauty related services as easy as possible. We make it our mission to provide honest, fair and detailed reviews which are carefully screened and analysed to make sure all reviews posted are authentic. Read, Write and Explore Reviews from London’s Beauty Providers.

As a Beauty Provider, What are my benefits?

Signing up to http://www.letsreviewit.uk is FREE. You are able to:

  • Claim your business listing
  • Add your business location
  • Clients can review your service
  • Link your social media platforms

How much does it cost to sign up?

Our “Free Plan” which is in the name is Free. Our “Premium Plan” is £12 p/m giving you access to client appointment requests.

Can I delete my account?

You can cancel your membership at any time by signing in and visiting your Dashboard > Update profile > Delete profile.

Is there a limit on how many directories I can be enlisted on?

Our directories consist of Hair, Makeup, Lashes and Nails. Once you sign up to our website, you can list your business on however many directories by selecting the relevant fields.

How do I update my business listing?

If you click on your Business Listing> Edit, you are able to update your listing. Beauty Providers are able to update their business name, location and social media links.

I've signed up but I can't see my listing. What should I do?

Not to worry, it takes up to 48 hours for business listings to be approved. Our team need to make sure the business listing submitted is legit. When claiming your listing, you would need to provide a form of ID to make the First name and Surname on the account. If we request more information to authenticate your listing, we will contact you via email on info@letsreviewit.uk.

How to leave a review?

Clients can leave a review for a Beauty Provider they have visited in the last two years (from July 2020 till now). A good review includes enough detail to give others a feel for what happened during your appointment. Explain which factors contributed to your positive, negative or just overall experience. Remember to keep things friendly and courteous.

I can't see my clients review...

Measures are put in place to make sure all reviews submitted are authentic. Our team carefully screens and analyses all reviews, so please allow 48 hours for the review to go live. We have zero tolerance for unauthentic reviews or reviews that do not comply with our Terms & Conditions, all unauthentic reviews will be removed and the user will be blocked from using our website. We do not tolerate abusive and threatening language towards the Letsreviewit Team and Beauty Providers when leaving a review.

I've made a mistake with the review I submitted, what should I do?

That’s fine, it does happen. The author of the review is able to amend and remove the review from our website by visiting their Dashboard>Reviews. You must be logged in to do so.

I am unhappy about the review left under my Business Listing.

Clients are entitled to share their own personal experiences of how they felt before, during and after their service. Once a review has been published on our website, it cannot be removed unless the review is deemed unauthentic.

Our team carries out random review and listing inspections to make sure our platform is regulated correctly. Inspections ae very important as we want to listen to concerns and identify potential problems at the earliest stage. We want to make sure the Terms and Conditions procedures are followed correctly from the start.
